My name is Jess, I live in a country town in regional NSW with my husband and our four glorious children. The dream to create Four little wildlings started with a dollhouse for my daughters birthday, and that is where the magic was born.

Making tiny cloth dolls and seeing her face light up as she immersed herself in a wonderful world of imaginative play. My passion quickly evolved as I followed a path that lead me to the unique creation of natural fibre waldorf dolls. It was during the creative process of seeing these dolls come to life in my hands with such personality that I wanted to keep learning and perfect the art of bringing such delicate fibres together to create such beautiful keepsakes. These dolls are usually created in the still of the night with careful felting techniques that bond unspun wool together to sculpt simple yet complex facial features. The simplicity of these dolls allows the child to imagine and explore any emotion and becomes a true best friend.

Here at four little wildlings I create a range of dolls, whether it be a first doll for an infant or a long hair wobbly limbed doll for an older child.
